The Madibaz Mountain Bike Club is again proud to host one of the Eden XCO events that we are known for. We are based at the Nelson Mandela University and support from Ridelife George, Giant South Africa, Tippeton and Chain Gang Events make these events possible. The aim of our events ares to promote the development of MTB XCO racing and, in general, support healthy lifestyle options for the Eden region cycling community. The events are people centred and built on a drive for excellence and respect for the environment. Our XCO tracks are carefully developed to cater for novice riders, but at the same time, challenge the more experienced racing snakes. Each race, named after and indigenous animal species of the region, will see fierce competition, camaraderie, suffering, fear conquering and elation from when the countdown starts until the last rider crosses the finish line. The series normally consists out of four events, but for this year we will be hosting only one XCO events that will be the last and final event of the Eden 2022 XCO Series.
